Ash Anwar

Ash Anwar is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning molecular biology, biochemistry, data science, and business. After completing his undergraduate degree in molecular biology and biochemistry from SFU, he pursued a graduate degree in experimental medicine from UBC, complemented by a research fellowship in Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School. Fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, Ash has co-founded several startups in the health and data industry, while also authoring business books on managing distributed virtual/hybrid teams and learning venture capital.

Equipped with an MBA from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Ash currently serves as the Senior Director of Data at Molecular You. In this role, he contributes to the company’s data vision and strategy, while also overseeing data management and data science functions.

Ash has also authored key publications and patents for Molecular You, establishing himself as a thought leader in the industry. With over a decade of experience in health and data science, Ash is committed to pushing the boundaries of these fields and leveraging emerging technologies to revolutionize healthcare.
